Serve as Director of the Tri-Lakes MPO, overseeing planning, research, public involvement, compliance, and coordination supporting multimillion-dollar transportation investments across the region. Responsible for federally regulated program operations including long-range planning, reporting obligations, and stakeholder coordination.
Assistant Director / Interim Director
Served in multiple capacities including Assistant Director and Interim Director, helping guide the organization through long-range planning cycles, reporting obligations, and leadership transitions. Focus on continuity and operational stability during organizational change.
Urban Planner
Chaired the development review committee and coordinated reviews across zoning, land use, transportation fees, and permitting. Translated complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for decision-makers and the public.
Grant & Compliance Operations
Managing the full lifecycle of public-sector grants in regulated environments — aligning program objectives, budgets, reporting requirements, and audit standards across multiple funding streams.
