Projects

Selected work that reflects how I approach complexity—through clarity, durable systems, and thoughtful execution.

Data, Mapping & Analysis

Regional Safety Analysis & Interactive Mapping (2023)

Built an interactive safety map to make crash and safety trends more accessible for decision-makers and the public. Emphasis on interpretability, usability, and clear spatial context.

  • Tooling: QGIS + web publishing
  • Focus: clarity over complexity
  • Outcome: public interactive map
Planning & Program Leadership

2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP)

Led the full lifecycle of a federally required long-range plan—scoping, analysis, document design, public involvement, coordination, and adoption—with an emphasis on readability and defensibility.

Planning, Finance & Compliance

2025–2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

Structured and documented short-range programming under fiscal and regulatory constraints, prioritizing traceability and audit readiness.

Systems & Infrastructure (Ongoing)

Personal Infrastructure & Systems Architecture

A living learning project focused on secure networking, storage strategy, service reliability, and documentation practices. Public notes will be added selectively without exposing sensitive configuration details.

  • Focus: architecture tradeoffs, failure modes, backups
  • Principle: documentation as an operational asset

How I document projects

When work can’t be shared in full, I focus on describing context, decisions, tradeoffs, and lessons learned rather than proprietary details. Projects evolve over time; this page is intentionally designed to grow.
